Lately, I've been attempting to install various mods, and have been having very limited success. Specifically I've been having problems with http://newvegas.nexu..com/mods/41779

I have New Vegas on Steam with all the DLC (Honest Hearts, Dead Money, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road as well as Gunner Runners Arsenal, Classic Pack, Caravan pack, Tribal pack and Merc Pack) Patch version 1.4.0.525
I have New Vegas Mod Manager installed, it auto detected New Vegas folder (C:program files (x86)steamsteamappscommonfallout new vegas) and has been installing the files into the data folder as it should be. I also have New Vegas Script Extender v2 beta 12 installed into the fallout new vegas folder.
I have 3 seperate games and about half a dozen saves each at story points, every one of them I've fast traveled to Primm, and walked to the Mojave outpost via the highway and not once have I seen Willow, or the quest of hers that is supposed to come up when you are near her.
I have made a new game and walked to Primm and the MO with the same results 10.or e custom rom file.
I have tried loading and unloading the files with the New Vegas Launcher, Nexus Mod Manager as well as running the NVSE exe file alone
Fallout 4 Mods
Download brainworx bx_boom mac pc. WHAT AM I MISSING? I'm about ready to do a fresh install with only Willow install, PLEASE somebody tell me if I am missing something or doing something incorrect
Please if you tell me to download or install a file, LINK the download page so I know I am getting the right version and not going on some goose chase.
The only mod I've had any notable success installing is MTIU for larger/better menus which has worked like a charm, aside from that other test mods I've put in do not work, such as the mod to put all weapon mods behind the gas station at good springs.
Fallout New Vegas Willow Companion

I did not create Willow Nor do I in any way Tkae credit for her or anything in this project except the base and the ability to strip her 3d cad files out of the .bsa file you download to play with her as a companion in the game Fallout New Vegas. Willow has quickly become one of the most loved add on companion in the New vegas mod scene. I Know that there are some people in this community that are releasing .stl's of weapons and creatures from new vegas. I looked at them and thought to myself that there is just no way they created those, they are 2 perfect to in game models, Then it occured to me. If I could open the Bethesda system archives then I could in theory take any base model and convert it to a .stl. Bingo instant perfect models of New vegas, fallout 3 and skyrim stuff.
Making weapons and creatures are far easier though than making the people =). I had to piece willow together from her .bsa file. Hands, eyelashes, hair, face, body, jacket, and her trademark teddy charge (a teddy Bear with 3 sticks of TNT linked together with a watch.) She came out pretty good. If anyone has followed my recent offereings you will notice that I have included a version of the venus pedastle without the name plate on it for her to be displayed with.
Well I noticed that even with TTW in alpha, people are already using tons of mods and in general the experience seems good (not counting the crashes and freezes and incompatibilities because of some mods ). So I would like to know if there are any mods you seem not to be able to play both Fallout games without anymore?

You can tell me from the most important from the least important, I am just curious, bored and with time in my hands to write this.
PS: If you could also point out why you can't play without some of those mods I would be thankful .

I installed a few mods including WIllow, but in game she has a red box with a white exlamation point over her (screenshot).
Apparently this means that there is a missing mesh for her? Both the NVWillow.bsa and NVWIllow.esp files are in the Data folder; i tried uninstalling, redownloading and reinstalling the mod as well as toggling the archive invalidation back and forth to no avail. I'm not an experienced modder by any means so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
